### 1. LavaMorphism (Interface Material)
- **Technology Stack:** Custom zero-library WebGL2 shader pipeline running at 60 fps.
- **Concept:** Physical phase-change representation of application state:
  - **Mercury (Liquid Metal):** Represents pending data, active user input, or values currently in motion/being measured.
  - **Ember:** Represents the exact instant a state commits/sets.
  - **Obsidian (Stone):** Represents settled, server-confirmed data.

### 2. Alive States (React 19 State Toolkit)
- **Technology Stack:** React 19 SDK with optional haptics.
- **Concept:** Latency-aware and risk-aware state feedback for interfaces. Eliminates false optimistic UI trust issues by adapting visually and physically to network speed and server confirmation. Currently running in production inside BetterGains.
