Train
A log that adapts
Log sets with reps, weight and reps in reserve. The app adjusts volume and intensity from how tired you are, how you are eating and how your last session went, instead of repeating the same plan.
App · fitness
BetterGains puts training, food and runs in one app, so each part knows about the others. It is made for people who lift and for the trainers who coach them, and it speaks English and Romanian.

What it does
Train
Log sets with reps, weight and reps in reserve. The app adjusts volume and intensity from how tired you are, how you are eating and how your last session went, instead of repeating the same plan.
Eat
Log a meal fast, or photograph it and let AI food scanning read the plate. A metabolism coach estimates your real maintenance calories from a 14-day rolling average of intake and body weight, then moves your daily targets toward your goal.
Run
Track GPS runs and capture territory in your own city. Earn XP and keep streaks, and join a squad of friends to climb the weekly rankings together.
Coach mode
A trainer can build routines, adjust diets and give feedback inside the app, with chat and structured weekly check-ins. Clients keep everything in the same place they already train.
Companion
A Carpathian bear whose mood and body follow your real data, and who talks like the older brother at the gym. You can log workouts and meals to him by voice or in plain words. He jokes about consistency and about himself, never about your body.
Honest feedback
BetterGains runs on Alive States: a change shows at once, and the app tells you when the server has confirmed it, is still working or failed, instead of pretending it worked.
